One to three years for hair systems, one year for hair extensions.

2. What is your warranty?
Six months on materials and labor.

3. When I get some gray hairs in my own hair, how do you accommodate my custom designed hairpiece for the gradual changes in color?
We add gray to match your own hair color and can expedite the process by using a highly-skilled local service.

4. How does your hairpiece differ from the toupees worn by some people?
Many early hair systems, including some toupees today, are made from bulky materials and use synthetic or low-quality hair. Today, modern technology has given us the tools to make undetectable hair system. It truly looks like you! Your natural looking hairpiece is permanently bonded to your scalp and can be worn anytime, anywhere, 24/7.

5. Will I be able to style my hair anyway I want?
Absolutely! You can wear it back, part it in the middle or on the side. This is now your hair and behaves just like your own living, growing hair.

6. How do I care for my hair?
We provide mainly professional maintenance in our private salons. You can also shampoo, blow-dry and style your hairpiece at home or while on vacation.

7. Hey, I am a macho guy. Is this something I can get away with?
You bet! We have over 3000 satisfied customers; many are notable celebrities in film, television, theatre and sports. We will never tell!

8. Will extensions damage my hair?
Extensions should not damage your hair if properly cared for and maintained. You must be with careful brushing them though. If you have a tangle, hold the hair while you brush it especially if your hair is fragile. Have them redone about every 6 weeks.

9. What color of extensions should I choose?
When choosing a color to match your own hair, choose a color that matches your hair from the middle to the ends. Never buy hair the color of your out growth as that is always darker. The blending of your hair on the bottom part is most important.

10. Do you sell shampoos and conditioners that work best with hair systems and extensions?
Yes. Ask any of our consultants and stylists and they will recommend the best hair care system for you – from shampoos and conditioners to various styling aids.
